Nose: Sharp and peppery flavours balanced with light honey and vanilla.
Palate: Dark fruits and malted oats. Vanilla notes from the bourbon cask are evident, warm and creamy.
Finish: Touches of liquorice and maple syrup. Soft sugars complement a medium to long finish.

Nose: Rich maple aromas complemented by hints of hazelnuts, almonds and spice. Citrus and figs.
Taste: A building well balanced dry oak tone. Orange toffee, sherry and heated dried fruits.
Finish: Slight oak flavours, nuts and coffee paired with a medium finish.
Silver Medal Winner - Nant Single Malt Whisky, White Oak Cask 43%
Nose: Sweet with a strong essence of oak and slight hints of leather and polish, with hints of maple present.
Taste: Full bodied and syrupy. Crème Brule, burnt toffee, maple and caramel. A dark chocolate flavour is also detectable.
Finish: Medium with a slight burnt caramel flavour coming through – reminiscent of crème brulee. Slightly bitter right at the end, with a cacao/dark chocolate flavour coming back on the finish.
Bronze Medal Winner: Nant Single Malt Whisky, Port Cask 43%
Nose: Rich and inviting. Hints of raisins, cinnamon, syrup and liquorice.
Taste: Complex flavours of sultanas and ginger nut biscuits. Buttery caramel tones develop in the glass giving you an inviting Christmas-like feeling.
Finish: A strong spice flavour. Oak, oil and hints of butterscotch complete a long warming finish.
